MaskFlash Transitions is a stylish and energetic transitions pack for After Effects, built around dynamic mask-driven reveal animations.
Each transition uses up to three custom cutout masks extracted from incoming footage, allowing the main subject to appear above the outgoing shot while directional motion creates a fast and engaging flow. A soft blur effect is applied to the outgoing clip, adding depth and focus as the next scene is revealed.
Editors can quickly select left, right, top, bottom, or diagonal movement variations through an intuitive dropdown menu. An optional strobe color flash slider adds extra punch on the final frames for impactful transitions.
